1. Get enough sleep the night before — Be rested, without colds, flu etc. If you have just arrived from a trip, the session will take place the next day.
2. Do not drink alcohol for two days prior.
3. No caffeine or overeating before the session.
4. No fractures, dislocations or injuries in their active phase.
5. Wear loose and comfortable clothing. Nothing restrictive, or too revealing.
Supportive and modest shoes are recommended.
6. No makeup (without contouring, eye shadow and mascara at the least).
1. Check in advance that you have: a good Internet connection, a camera with microphone and headphones.
2. You should sit or lie down without any effort to support your body or phone/laptop. I should be able to see you clearly from head to waist. You can put the laptop on the table in front of your chair.
3. You should be in a room or comfortable environment alone — This is a must and will allow you to express your thoughts and emotions freely, without being heard.
